How do I get the app?

The uMunch mobile app is currently available on the Apple Appstore. Stay tuned for Android compatibility!

How do I place an order for food?

Simply choose what items you’d like to eat, add them to your cart, enter your delivery details, and place your order.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Order times can vary depending on a lot of factors beyond uMunch’s control; however, our average delivery time is 30 minutes.

Will I be notified when my order is processed?

Yes. We will send a receipt of your purchase to the email associated with your account. If you are logged in via Facebook, your receipt will be sent to your Facebook email account.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept credit card payments. Plus, you can decide if you’d like to ‘split the bill’ with friends.

What if my food order arrives and it’s incorrect?

Uh oh. Did something go wrong? We know how annoying it can be to receive the wrong order, so please accept our sincerest apologies. The best thing you can do is call the restaurant first – they’ll likely be able to resolve the issue. What should I do if my food is late?

We strive to ensure fast delivery times and offer the ability to track your order via text message. If your order is late, please contact us by sending us a private Facebook message or call us at 519-701-8218.

Can I split the order with my friends?

Yes! Once you add your items, you can choose to split the cost with your friends. This makes splitting the bill simple and easy!
